ABOUT THE CLUB

Welcome to the Edinburgh Sports Club. We are a thriving squash and rackets club in the heart of Edinburgh's west end, just a 5 minute walk from Princes Street and Edinburgh Castle. We have 7 squash courts, 3 floodlit tennis courts, a hardball doubles court, first class table-tennis facility, snooker, a gym, bar, restaurant and barbecue area. The club is hidden away on an island in the middle if the Water of Leith World Heritage site and has ample parking.

The Beauty of our club is that it is a good old fashioned members club where you will be given the opportunity to meet loads of playing partners whatever your level and whatever your sport through an array of organised activity including mini-leagues, club nights, handicap tournaments, mini-team competitions, squash festivals, graded tournaments, teams, tours and international events. Coaching is also available for both adults and juniors of all levels.

Once the competition is over you can head to the bar where there is always something going on, whether it be a Burns Night celebration, the Octoberfest of Squash, a Festival Fringe event, a champions league match on the flatscreen TV or a Six Nations Rugby fixture.    Our legendary world-class Karaoke is also available many evenings, including hire events.   You can book lunch here for Scotland home games and watch the pre match analysis before taking a short walk down the river to Murrayfield.     You might even pop by after the match for a few refreshments to debate the performance!
