Subject to availability, and assessment of fees, bookings will be provisionally confirmed upon receipt of this completed application form. Applications will be considered for a minimum 20 and maximum 100 attendees. A £25 non-returnable deposit of the total hire fee will secure the booking. Non-Members attending a function are kindly asked to sign the Visitors Book at Reception or at the Bar on arrival.
