Fitness Room

 

The Fitness Room comprises a range of CV equipment, fixed & free weights, and a matted floor area.

Induction sessions are available for new exercisers and those requiring an introductory programme.

Personal training services are provided by Maximize Ltd – the Club’s appointed lifestyle consultants.

 Pilates

classes are held according to the timetable below and are available for members & guests as follows:Prior experience of Pilates is useful but not essential. New attenders are advised to discuss the class with the instructors before committing to a course.    Contact reception for details.

 Circuit Max

– the brand name for the Maximize multi-station exercise class – is held during the autumn & winter months. Class Instructor is Ellen Beattie who has over 7 years experience as a Fitness Instructor, Personal Trainer & Fitness Manager. Full details of courses to be held in 2010 will be published soon.
